Where to Stay

This is a major event and the actual ticketed event is held at the Thomas and Mack Center (map) on the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus (UNLV)

Where you want to stay depends on what your intentions are.

The main sponsors of the event is where you will find the most action and see most of the cowboys.

Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino is sponsoring the kickoff party on Fremont Street Experience on Thursday, October 2.  So expect a lot of cowboys, fans and revelers to be hanging around this joint.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Plays host to VIP’s and after parties the second weekend.  It is also within walking distance of the Thomas and Mack.  The Hard Rock is a celebrity watcher’s paradise for major events like this.  Expect some country stars to appear in their clubs and out on the casino floor.

Mandalay Bay is the official host hotel for the PBR.  Here is where the Fan Zone and Marketplace is held.  As well as the final night banquet and awards show.  Mandalay Bay is also where there will be several Meet and greets for the fans to get up close and personal with many of the riders.

Silverton Casino Lodge Plays host to several award presentations and after parties.  They are also famous for their top draw country entertainment during these events.

South Point is one of the originals.  Home for some of the smaller banquets and the annual bull sale.   This is is where a lot of the cowboys and their families like to stay.  A bit off the strip, with plenty to keep everyone in your party happy and active.  A lot of the media will be here as well.  They play host to many of the riders and the stock contractors.
